This may just seem like a dumb question from a begginer slalom skater, but when I saw people do tricks like the eagle snake, their legs are bending sometimes even more than 180 degrees! Most people I know usually cant do this unless they were in something like gymnastics, so are you suppose to practice streching your legs back sometimes or is there some specific way to do that?
