「Seba Highを履いてるんだけど、足が痛くて ....」という人に対して、Naomiさんがアドバイスしています。
1) check that your arches arnt kind of fallenish (no idea what the correct terms are). I wear orthodics in my main skates, which, when standing on the floor in my bare feet, lift my arches, thus unpronating my feet, and bringing my inner ankle bone higher, & reduces the pressure between it & the skate.
2) check that the boot itself is not niggling at the bottom of your inner ankle bone. If it is, put in an extra heel shock absorber to lift your bone wrt the boot.
3) losen off your cuffs. Seba highs are designed to hold your foot by the actual foot itself, like a speed boot. You don't need to tighten the cuff too much.
4) check that you are not pronating when you skate. You might want to shift your frame towards the inside of the skate a little.
5) Do make sure you use your laces to do up the main part of the skate. should also use partially for the cuff area too.
